Welcome to AuraPura.org! We are a small publishing house dedicated to good books about virtues, philosophy, and living better lives. These Terms of Use are the simple rules for visiting our site, reading our free content, and buying our books. By using this website (including reading, browsing, or buying anything), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
1. Our Content Is Ours
Everything on AuraPura.org (books, journal articles, blog posts, free reads, images, and ideas) belongs to us or our authors. You may read it for your own personal enjoyment. You may not:
• Reprint or sell our books or articles
• Post large parts of our content on other websites
• Use our material to create your own books or products without written permission
The free online version of Your Fight is for you to enjoy, not to reprint or redistribute.
2. Buying Books
When you buy a book from our bookstore:
• You get a personal copy for yourself
• Physical books are shipped to the address you provide
• Digital books are yours to download and keep.
We describe our books honestly. If you receive a damaged book or something is clearly wrong, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right (refund or replacement, as we decide). All sales are final unless we say otherwise on the product page. Prices and availability can change without notice.
3. Your Responsibility
You agree to:
• Use the site only for lawful purposes
• Not try to hack, overload, or damage the site
• Not pretend to be someone else
• Respect other people’s rights (no stealing content or being mean in comments, if we ever add them)
We are not responsible for anything you do with our ideas after you read them. Our books are for inspiration and thinking and improving life generally, not direct medical, legal, financial, nor even hair-styling advice (speak to your licensed clinicians/accountants/lawyers/medical professional).
4. What We Are Not Responsible For
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but things can happen. We are not liable for:
• Any mistakes/typos in our books or articles (though we take such things seriously)
• Any loss, damage, or upset you experience from using the site or our books (unless you’re in the UK I guess but we’re not so… go try bullying someone there for their opinions)
• Problems caused by your internet, device, or third-party services (like payment processors)
In plain words: use the site at your own risk. We are responsible for selling books and, failing that, providing refunds within a reasonable time frame. We are a new publishing house ran by a single person but will get to you as soon as possible.
5. We Can Change Things
We may update these terms, add new rules, or change prices at any time. We will post the new version here with a new date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the changes. If we make big changes, you’ll probably have to figure it out on your own unless it’s a big deal and we make an announcement.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is important to us. Please read our separate Privacy Policy to see how we handle data.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of your residence, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts nearest to our main office (currently in the United States).
